Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Working as a Product Manager for Electric Motors, you will be a key member of the marketing and sales team in ABB Motion Business Unit, defining marketing plans, including marketing communication, training and sales initiatives. In this role, you will oversee all steps in the life cycle of products, systems or services, including development, launch, maintenance, pricing and profitability of specify products and services in Mexico.**This position reports to**:Local Business Area Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Driving the profitability and life cycle of products and services by defining pricing guidelines and market position.- Overseeing inventory levels and sales volumes to ensure ability to meet customer orders, while tracking and analyzing the performance and trends of products and services- Working closely with R&D to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new products and services.- Providing technical and commercial assistance to the sales team.- Working closely with the HR team to ensure is properly organized, staffed and directed.- Guiding, coaching and developing the skills and knowledge of the sales team.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related.- 8-10 years of experience in similar positions.- Experience in strategic business plan development.- Availability to travel.- Technical knowledge in electric motors (especially IEC standard) and knowledge of marketing and strategic sales plans.- Knowledge of MS Office, Power BI, Salesforce and SAP.- Advanced level of English.**More about us**:
