In this role you will report to the Production Leader, you will aid in the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner, managing resources to meet production targets.**Your responsibilities**:- Leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the electrification area.- Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.- Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.- Working with HR Management to ensure that the electrification area is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.- Guiding, motivating and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential.**Your background**:- 3 years of experience in production, working as production supervisor in production line.- Demonstrated experience working on a production line. (Supervisory experience is an advantage.)- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP.- Experience with 5S methodology.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related.- Intermediate English level is required.**More about us**:
