What do you get to do in this position?- Leadership for NAM Hub Mexico to lead R&D Teams including Engineering, Industrialization, Quality, ASCO for the Power Products Division.
- Lead and develop technical talent.
- Maximize the potential of cross-functional technical teams.
- Collaborate with Business Leaders on the MDIC (Monterrey Development & Innovation Center) to successfully position the Hub in North America and the Globe.

- You possess +10 years of experience in the Engineering and Manufacturing Industry.
- Prior experience with leading and driving large transformations.
- Prior experience with leading and driving highly technical and cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience in delivering large projects at scale including engineering industrialization.
- Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and geographic locations and support P&L operations as needed.
- People leadership - ability to attract and develop talent across multiple disciplines.
- If you are fluent in English with the ability to have highly technical conversations.
- If you possess a degree preferably in Engineering.
