You’ll concept, film, and edit social-first content that’s culturally relevant, reactive to trends in Mexico, and aligned with our global brand vision.You’ll play a key role in localizing global campaigns for the Mexican market and in shaping native content that reflects regional humor, cultural references, and platform behaviors. From Día de los Muertos to viral TikTok trends, you'll help ensure SharkNinja shows up authentically in the moments that matter.**Key Responsibilities**:Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, specifically tailored to Mexican audiencesLocalize global campaigns by adapting tone, visuals, and messaging for cultural relevance in MexicoDevelop native content ideas that respond to local trends, holidays, pop culture, and regional creator stylesRepurpose influencer and brand content into edited formats optimized for Mexican platforms and audience expectationsCollaborate with global, regional, and local teams across social, influencer, marketing, and creative functionsMonitor and react to what’s trending in Mexican digital culture—music, memes, viral moments, and creator formatsContinuously test, learn, and optimize content based on performance metrics and audience feedback**Skills/Qualifications**:2+ years of experience in social content creation, with a strong short-form video portfolioDeep knowledge of Mexican digital culture, social platforms, and evolving content formatsHands-on experience with editing tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.Strong storytelling skills and ability to make branded content feel fun, authentic, and trend-alignedExperience localizing content from global sources and balancing brand tone with local nuanceSelf-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projectsComfortable collaborating with global teams and aligning with brand and marketing goals**Bonus**: Experience in design, photography, or motion graphicsNative-level Spanish (Mexican) required; professional-level English also required for collaboration with global teamsOur CultureAt SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day.
