By solving today’s challenges while constantly asking ‘what’s next?’ So, what’s next in your future?**What you will do?****How will you do it?**- Support the planning, design and execution of projects, new processes, and audit controls- Show strong attention to detail- Assessing functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility of a process within different entities and different systems- Have analytical skills and out of the box problem-solving abilities- Thinking the abstract and see how small details fit into bigger picture- With a creative mindset to approach problem solving- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a process- Prepare and administrate quality review schedules to ensure process compliance and efficiency- Partners with the different teams in OTC and other internal partners to identify needs- Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed- Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review- Perform other duties as assigned.**What we look for?**- 3-5 years Quality Analyst Experience- Bachelor’s degree preferable in accounting, administration or finance background- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills- Exceptional listening and analytical skills- Experience on planning and executing projects, as well as time management skills- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization- Must be result oriented and work towards and objective- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and Power Point)- Bi-lingual (English - Spanish) at minimum, desirable Portuguese- Able to travel- Preferred knowledge of ERPs as iScala, Oracle, Customer relationship manager Sales Force and Business process management Appian- Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence, or promotion._
