To continue innovating and outperforming competitors, we must attract, retain and engage the best and brightest talent.That’s where you come in.**Summary**:We are looking for an HR Plant Lead who will play a key role as a member of the leadership team providing strategic input, HR solutions, daily leadership, creative consultation, and leadership coaching/counseling for our plant in Tecate, Mexico. They will work closely with the LATAM HR Business Partner, Plant Manager and local HR team, in defining short-term and long-term organizational needs and solutions in the areas of: employee engagement and inclusion, change management, organizational design and job leveling, and compensation.The HR Plant Lead will report directly to the LATAM HRBP and have indirect management responsibility for the onsite HRG who they will coach, develop, and mentor. In addition, this role will partner with our HR Services and HR CoEs to deliver the full value of HR to the business.**Specifically someone who is/demonstrates**:- Results Driven and Dedicated: An energetic, resourceful and hands on individual with a strong service orientation, who commits himself/herself fully to the job and who is dedicated to developing and delivering outstanding work.- Leadership: Self-starter who leads by example; who is effective in working with and through others.- Organizationally Savvy: Can maneuver through complex situations effectively; is sensitive to how the organization functions. Someone who is sought out for their opinions and counsel and who can forge and maintain close relationships, both internally and externally.- Effective Team Player: A highly motivated team player who contributes to an atmosphere in which people work together, enthusiastically and effectively, in producing outstanding results.- Knowledge in Mexican regulations law.**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Typically requires a minimum 4-5 years of Human Resources experience as HR Generalist in a manufacturing or operations environment- 5-8 years’ experience in the areas of compensation, performance management, employee development, organizational development, consultation and coaching, change management, and employee relations.- Legal (Labor Law) or HR Certification
