**Bilingual Phone Support Agent - On-Site in Guadalajara****Location**: Guadalajara, Jalisco**Job Type**: Full-Time | On-Site**Salary**: $15,000 - $17,000 MXN per month**English Level**: High proficiency requiredWe are seeking English-proficient individuals to join our team as **Phone Support Agents**. If you are confident on the phone, people-oriented, and looking for a stable, long-term opportunity — this could be the right fit for you.**What We're Looking For**- Charismatic and sociable individuals with strong verbal communication skills- Polite, well-mannered, and professional behavior- Ability to follow scripts, handle calls, and manage information accurately- Strong reading comprehension and English communication skills- Quick learners with excellent memory retention**Requirements**:- Updated resume- Minimum 1 year of experience in call centers or bilingual customer service roles- Experience in administrative or back-office tasks is a plus- Comfortable using computers and multitasking during calls- Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred**Important Notes**- This is a **full-time, on-site** position- You must be **bilingual in Spanish and English**- RFC (Constancia Fiscal 2025)- Proof of address- Valid official ID- CURP- IMSS number (NSS)Pay: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):Work Location: In person
