Job Title: Test & Automation Engineer Location: United States Duration: Long term Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for automotive ECUs and embedded systems Execute SIL, MIL, HIL , and system-level test cases Perform functional, integration, regression, and validation testing Analyze test results, debug failures, and collaborate with development teams for issue resolution Interface with automotive tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, Vector tools , or equivalent Validate communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet ) Support CI/CD integration for automated testing (e.g., Jenkins, Git) Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, and reports Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, ASPICE , or OEM-specific guidelines Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, or Computer Engineering 3 years of experience in automotive testing and automation Strong understanding of automotive ECUs and embedded systems Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting Knowledge of vehicle networks and diagnostics (UDS, OBD) Familiarity with HIL systems (dSPACE, NI, Vector, ETAS) Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skill Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering Services and Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
