The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 2 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic and routine cash & trade operations in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform cash and trade processing activities in a fast-paced environment while focusing on quality, details and accuracy.**Responsibilities**:- Assist with activities related to compliance and control- Perform job duties by following detailed procedures or explicit instructions under direct supervision- Aid in internal and external customer contact- Serve as a backup processor for team members during high volume periods- Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.**Qualifications**:- Previous relevant experience preferred- Pass basic induction and operations training- Effective written and verbal communication**Education**:- High School diploma or equivalentThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
