Descripción y detalle de las actividades- **Job Summary**- Sr. Packaging Project Engineer focused on the management, creation, review and updating of confidential information related to packaging and labeling activities such as procedures, design, research documents, validations, process specifications and manufactured products.**Essential duties and responsibilities**- The functions and responsibilities mentioned in this document are illustrative but not limiting, by which the holder of this position will perform other functions and tasks related to his area of work that thus derive from the objectives and strategies of the area.- Some basic activities of the position are the following:- Draft, revise, and update as required related packaging documentation for the various ICU Medical sites.- o FMEAs (Process & Design)- o Process Charaterizations & DOEs- o Pack Design Verifications- o Packaging design (R&D)-related documents.- o IQs, OQs and PQs.- He will coordinate activities and provide the necessary support to the site's Packaging Engineer to ensure the correct implementation in the agreed times of the different projects related to the packaging and labeling area.- It will coordinate activities with the Packaging Engineer of the site, as well as with the different Engineering teams that cover the documentation requirements related to packaging and labeling of the different products.- Coordinate the follow-up of the different packaging laboratory tests that are required (Distribution, Climatic and/or aging)- Statistical analysis of new products- Justification for the purchase of new equipment related to packaging and labeling.- Preparation of the product BOM- Implementation of quality improvements in production processes- Plan, validate, execute, and support project planning- Proposes, executes, and validates cost reduction projects- Adheres to the discipline policies ascribed in the Internal Work Regulations- Report to the R&D leader for packaging.- Report to the site with the Sustaining Engineering Mgr.-Experiência y requisitos- **Knowledge and Skills**- Knowledge of ISO 11607-1- Knowledge of ISO 11607-2- Knowledge of ISO 11139- Knowledge of ISO 14971- Ability to organize resources and set priorities- Ability to follow procedures- Ability to work under a minimum degree of supervision.**Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience**- Degree of studies: University level, preferably in industrial engineering, electronics and/or mechanical metal or other.- Work Experience - Knowledge in Packaging Engineering projects.- Work Experience - Knowledge in Labeling projects.- Manufacturing knowledge.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Seguro de vida- Fondo de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos- Transporte- Plan de indexación- Guardería- Utilidades garantizadas- Caja de ahorro- Servicios medicos en planta- Comedor-- **Número de vacantes** 1- ** Área** Ingeniería- ** Contrato** Permanente- ** Modalidad** Presencial- ** Turno** Diurno- ** Jornada** Tiempo Completo-- **Horario**- Tiempo completo- Lunes a viernes-- **Estudios** Carrera con título profesional- ** Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado- ** Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
