Your expertise will guide the design process, mentor junior designers, and integrate the latest design trends, ensuring high-quality, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing design outcomes.What you will do- Oversee the UX/UI design strategy for products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.- Lead a team of designers, fostering a collaborative design process and encouraging continuous learning and innovation.- Drive the development of comprehensive user research and testing strategies to inform design decisions.- Establish design best practices and guidelines, and ensure their adoption across the team.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and achieve strategic objectives for user experience and design.- Evaluate and incorporate emerging design trends and tools to enhance the design process and outcomes.What we are looking for- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing complex interfaces and user experiences.- Extensive experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design.- Strong expertise in designing for accessibility and cross-platform compatibility.- Demonstrated ability to lead design projects and collaborate with large teams.- Knowledge of current and emerging UX/UI trends.- Advanced level of English.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work (from anywhere).- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred- Hardware and software setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours: create your own schedule.- Paid parental leaves, vacations, and national holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment: collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.
