Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.The CNS organization has defined a special solution architecture role, called Solution Consultant. This role requires excellent and broad knowledge of the entire CNS portfolio, expertise in service provider networks and excellent communications skills to match.The person in this role will become a trusted advisor to the sales team and the customer in order to drive strategic solution strategies for break-in opportunities and to lead solution definition of offers that are tailored to meeting customer’s needs and winning new business. An innate curiosity of the customer’s environment and needs, a desire to solve their problems with a solution mind-set and a good knowledge of the CNS portfolio capabilities will be required to drive solution thought leadership with the sales team and customer with the ultimate goal of growing the business.**What you will learn and contribute to**As part of our team, you will:- Identify customer ‘latent needs’, evangelize CNS solutions and initiate new opportunities.- Engage with Account Managers (AMs) to define proactive, strategic initiatives towards customers.- Own customer solution blue print, establish technical vision and business value.- Position to the customer “Why/What/When/How” our solution will solve their business problem or a future need.
