**About the Role**Experience in **luxury consumer goods**, **high-end eCommerce**, or **watches/jewelry** is a major plus.**What You’ll Do**- Build high-impact **customer journeys** (welcome, retention, reactivation, post-purchase, VIP, etc.).- Lead **platform migrations** from HubSpot/SendGrid/Shopify into Klaviyo—ensuring best-in-class data architecture and deliverability.- Create **visually elevated templates** that reflect the tone, elegance, and precision of a luxury brand.- Develop and manage **testing frameworks** to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.- Deliver **deep reporting and insights**—translating performance data into actionable marketing strategy.- Partner with creative, paid media, and data teams to align messaging, segmentation, and campaign goals.**Who You Are**- Deep expertise in **automation, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing**.- Experience developing **luxury-level creative standards**—attention to tone, layout, and brand feel.- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.- Fluent in English (written and spoken).- Confident communicator—comfortable advising leadership and collaborating cross-functionally.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 3 monthsPay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Tell me about your level of experience with marketing**Experience**:- Klaviyo: 4 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
