**Goal of this Position**Manage the daily operational business between the customer and the company. Is in constant contact with the customers. Customer satisfaction is the focus of the activities.-Manage the customer relationship and are responsible for the commercial terms.-Coordinating and supporting Request For Quote from current and existing customers by defining cost targets, working closely with procurement team for material availability and pricing, submitting to RFQ-Service and maintain existing assigned customer base, support new clients.**Tasks and Responsibilities**Initial customer contact Communicate PPV with customer-Open order reports: push/pull-Communicate w/ other locations wrt orders-CTB review Shortage report-Expedite w/ planning-Enter quote into SAP-Communicate shipment/delivery info to shipping-Resolve shipment issues-Quote review w/ customer costing/labor**Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities**Bachelor's degree in engineering.-2+years of experience as Account Manager or similar position.-Experience in electronic industry.-Advanced English.-Leadership
