Descriptions: Responsible for conducting comprehensive testing on MVtransformers/reactors and ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of products. Responsibilities: Creating and leading test plans to ensure product robustness and design margins. Performing standard tests including insulation resistance (Megger), dielectric withstand (Hi-Pot), partial discharge, and BIL (Basic Insulation Level). Investigating test and field failures to drive product improvements and root cause analysis. Preparing technical reports, test summaries, and compliance documents for customer inspections. Requirements / Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience 5-10 years of experience in MV transformer/reactor manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
