**Objective**Operational Team that support and learn from prototype development, early creation of shop floor documentation, lessons learned implementation and ramp up of new production lines.**Main Responsibilities**- Ensure Flawless Launches of new production lines to reach expected Performance (SQDCME) and increase customer satisfaction.- In charge of Top Focus Programs (Quality impact).- Ensure Internal and External Quality- Manage Tooling Availability- Ensure compliance with the Quality System- Ensure continuous improvement in processes**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's degree. Mechanical, mechatronic, electronic, or electrical engineer, chemical engineer.- Advanced English.- Expertise in Metallurgical processes, Heat treatment furnaces, Mechanical properties, core blowing systems, sands,- Experience in automotive industry IATF, High expertise in problem-solving methodologies- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
