You’ll be part of our team provide, identify, plan, coordinate and conduct processes and improvement projects resulting in improved product quality, efficiency, and productivity. If you're up for challenging your status, join our team of pioneers and make your mark on the future with us.**Are You Looking to**- Identify and check tools, test equipment and certain commodities in and out of the tool room and parts room.- Maintain and repair progressive dies and metal forming equipment.- Troubleshoot die problems by observing defective parts or by observing dies operating in presses.- Make necessary improvements needed in tooling to make a part that is compliant to quality requirements.**Are You Ready to**- Operate all Tool Room equipment (surface grinders, mills, lathes, hand air tools, manual tools etc.) without assistance as well as hand tools & measurement tools.- Maintain work center organization and safe work environment.- Service, cleaning, inventory, storage and accounting of tools, test equipment and certain commodities used in the daily operation of the tool room and parts room.- Perform routine maintenance tasks of general nature, such as servicing and transporting equipment.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:**What You’ll Need**- Mechanic technicians or electro mechanic or experience certificate of 2-3 years of experience.- Physical demands: may engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling parts and part containers, may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.**What You’ll Get**- Paid leave for bereavement, marriage, vacation and more.- On-site cafeteria.- Medical & life insurance.- Additional perks like food basket, glasses, and Christmas bonus.**About Us**For over 70 years Bel has designed and manufactures solutions that power, protect, and connect products for a broad ray of global markets including, industrial, aerospace, medical and consumer.**Cinch Connectivity Solutions**Cinch has been an innovator for over 100 years.
