**Join our Team**:**About this opportunity**:Ericsson is seeking a dynamic and innovative Solution Introduction Engineer to play a key role in our product and portfolio strategy. This unique position serves as a pivotal link between Research and Development (RandD) and our Business and Market Areas, and offers the opportunity to work closely with diverse teams and customers. As an integral part of our team, the Solution Introduction Engineer is responsible for managing the introduction of new solutions, supporting marketing initiatives, and aiding product release activities. The position ensures compliance with group directives, legal and financial requirements, global and local environmental and occupational health and safety (E+OHS) standards, data security, privacy and approved processes and tools.What you will do:- Prepare, develop and validate services and solutions, including necessary documentation, to facilitate seamless sales, marketing and product release phase.- Develop strategic capabilities via early solution exposure to ensure preparation of Delivery Readiness Plans for the broader organization.- Facilitate smooth transition of solutions from RandD to live portfolio, through introduction, troubleshooting, and development, thus ensuring maximum value realization and minimized time to launch.- Investigate test findings, analyze logs and traces, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions to complex technical challenges.**The skills you bring**:- 5G & 4G experience- Experience with Moshell and shell scripting.- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).- Consultative Skills.- Automation.- Troubleshooting skills.- Process Management.- Service Delivery Business Understanding.- Negotiation.- Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration Skills.- Data Analytics.- Financial Acumen.- Customer Insights.- Artificial Intelligence (AI).- Stakeholder Management.- Ericsson Portfolio.- Change and Improvement Management.- Presales.**Why join Ericsson?**At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
