We believe and trust all our outstanding professionals and realize how special they are but what makes us even special is the family we have become through the years.**Responsibilities**:Social Media & Community Engagement - Assist in managing and scheduling social media posts across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. - Engage with followers, respond to comments, and track social media trends to improve audience interaction.SEO & Website Optimization - Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in content creation. - Optimize articles and website content to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.Campaign Support & Marketing Coordination - Assist in content creation for webinars, product launches, and industry events. - Support marketing automation and lead-generation efforts, leveraging tools like RD Station to track and nurture leads.Analytics & Performance Reporting - Track content performance using tools like RD Station, Google Analytics, and SEMrush. - Provide insights and recommendations to improve content engagement and marketing strategies.**Requirements**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong interest in marketing and willingness to learn.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailBasic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media) is desirable.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proactivity and willingness to grow.**Nice to have**:Familiarity with marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms) is a plus.Basic skills of video editingOpen CommunicationProactiveThe Ksquare Group does not and shall not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
