- Ensure the performance of Test staff & machines are working at high efficiency by monitoring and comparing with GPV standard UPH.
- Create and update test programs for test machines and equipment.
- Maintain machines, equipment, and spare parts in the testing section.
- Analyze and repair failed products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Collect and submit product yield reports as required, either daily, weekly, or monthly, with an action plan for improvement.
- Request assistance from the Quality Department to prevent and solve problems, and to conduct measurement tasks to ensure quality.
- Suggest improvements, cost savings, and investments.
- Track and control WIP under debug to ensure quantity is 0.
- Develop and maintain debug guidelines (Cookbook) for improvement and knowledge creation.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and a team player attitude with logical thinking.
- Good command of the English language.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Electronics production (EMS).
- Strong knowledge of test systems for EMS PCBA and Box assembly operations such as ICT, FP, FT, HALT, and Burn-in.
