Become part of this world and make a difference with us.The Role**:** Are you ready to take the next step in your career and make a meaningful impact with your organizational and administrative skills?**We are seeking a highly motivated **Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator** to join our client's team in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in coordinating recruitment activities while supporting the hiring process for early careers talent across Latin America.** Key Accountabilities**:- Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an **effective and timely manner**and escalated where necessary.- Ensuring stakeholders are **continually appraised and updated** on the relevant processes.**Skills & Experience**:** You'll need to demonstrate**:- Fluency in written and spoken **English and Spanish is required**; Portuguese is preferred but not mandatory.- Previous **administrative or customer service experience** in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to support users in setting up and navigating **applicant tracking systems** (ATS), preferably Workday.- **Basic knowledge of recruitment processes** is a plus, but not mandatory.- A **strong customer orientation** with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.- **Organizational and problem-solving abilities**, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities.- The ability to work well in both **individual and team settings**, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.- A genuine **interest in recruitment and administration**, with a passion for learning and growth in these areas.**Other**:** Why AMS?**At AMS, we recognise the value of different perspectives and experiences in prompting innovation, sparking creativity, and solving problems.We come from every walk of life, and our culture is open and inclusive.
