Front line validation of data accuracy is essential.KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS- Produce payroll payments using the payroll management system in a timely manner in accordance with company pay policies, quality and control guidelines and regulatory laws and requirements.- Process employee leave to ensure accurate accountability of payroll exceptions- Professional resolution of payroll discrepancies and questions received- Alert management of discovered noncompliance or data quality issues- Payroll documentation is organized and archived in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- English B2- Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related areaWe care about giving People a better way forward**Michelin is a company committed with Human Rights as well as Diversity and Inclusion that promotes a culture of equity.
