**Short Description**- Quick engagement with the Manufacturing and Process Development Engineering teams.- Operational: Contribute on the operational strategy and develop the organization in support of business strategy, managing complex organizations with multiple sub-functions.- New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the successful transfer of new products from Engineering to Manufacturing Operations, ensuring seamless integration of processes and systems. Optimize Time to Market for successful new product launches meeting customer targeted timelines.- LEANPD Driven New Product Development: Play a pivotal role in LEANPD driven new product development projects, ensuring strong impact and adherence to Lean principles throughout the process.- Process and Expertise: For High-Speed products serve as high level process leader for cutting, stamping, molding, cable assembly, or other TE manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal performance for quality and output- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Development Engineering, Program Management, Quality Assurance, Production, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.- Interface Between Product Development and Manufacturing Engineering: Act as the binding element between product development and manufacturing engineering, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to optimize design for manufacturability- Support for Product Development: Support Product Development by optimizing designs and piece parts for manufacturability, and by realizing sample tooling, product samples, and prototypes.- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.- Tooling and Process Development: Design, develop, and qualify tooling and manual / automate processes for high speed products to meet TE quality and production standards, documenting all processes and tooling in applicable TE systems- Excellence in Manufacturing Technologies: Drive for excellence in existing manufacturing technologies and methods, striving to optimize processes for efficiency, quality, and costs**What your background should look like**:- Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering Degree or equivalent is preferred.- Work experience within functional/sub-functional areas and knowledge across related functions.- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.- Leadership skills with the ability to direct a function or multiple sub-functions.- Deep knowledge, accountability in the area and track record of driving operational efficiencies and organizational objectives.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1,400.00 - $1,900.00 al díaBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Teléfono de la empresa- Vales de despensaExperiência:- High speed cable: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Power cable: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
