**Job Summary**- This role is responsible for providing valuable insights and solutions on financial / statutory requirements for HP Peru. The role actively drives corporate and statutory compliance on financial transactions, aligning with overall business objectives and supporting policy and process enhancement.**Responsibilities**- Performs complex financial/statutory compliance analysis for HP Peru, identifies issues and recommends solutions.- Provides key support and participates in the execution of transactional operations required for the subsidiary, in collaboration with other teams that include Tax, Treasury, Intercompany, Legal, HR, among others.- Drives the local profitability forecasting process (monthly, and long term) for the subsidiary, by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.- Conducts comprehensive financial analysis for specific initiatives or requirements, providing valuable analytics to support key business operations- Participates in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain.- Supports policy and process enhancement for HP Peru- Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls, and supports development of overall business plans and strategies.- Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.- Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.**Education & Experience Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.**Preferred Certifications**- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)**Knowledge & Skills**- S4 Hana- Accounting- Auditing- Automation- Corporate Finance- Data Analysis- Economics- Finance- Financial Analysis- Financial Services- Financial Statements- Generally Accepted Accounting Principles- Internal Controls- Process Improvement- Profit And Loss (P&L) Management- SAP Applications**Cross-Org Skills**- Effective Communication- Results Orientation- Learning Agility- Digital Fluency- Customer Centricity**Impact & Scope**- Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to teams on specific activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.**Complexity**- Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.**Disclaimer
