Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Brand new company in Mexicali**:- **Strong Binational Operations Expertise (Mexico/U.S.)**:- Deep understanding of maquiladora regulations, IMMEX compliance, and cross-border logistics.- Proven experience working with or inside a shelter company- Fluent in both English and Spanish—essential for communication with U.S. partners and local Mexican teams.- ** Technical & Process Manufacturing Acumen**:- Background in metalworking, powder metallurgy, or materials science—ideally with iron powder cores or similar precision parts.- **Strategic Problem-Solver & Critical Thinker**:- Strong ability to diagnose operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and systems thinking skills.- Ability to anticipate risks (supply chain, workforce, or quality) and create proactive strategies to avoid disruptions.- . **People Leadership & Binational Team Management**:- Proven leadership of hourly labor and skilled technicians in a maquila setting.- Culturally sensitive and adept at motivating and retaining labor in Mexicali’s competitive industrial market.- Capable of aligning plant workers, TACNA support teams (HR/legal), and corporate stakeholders.- ** Financial & KPI-Driven Decision Making**:- Comfortable owning a P&L, setting operational budgets, and reporting plant metrics to executive leadership.- Familiar with cost control, inventory turnover, and supply chain visibility.Experiência y requisitos- ** Technical & Process Manufacturing experience- **5 plus years of experience as a manager in a**metalworking, powder metallurgy, or materials science—ideally with iron powder cores or similar precision parts.- Bilingual- VISA Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM principlesBeneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Producción/Manufactura**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Lunes a viernes**Salario mensual neto** $150,000 - $190,000 MXN**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
