Fp&a Analyst

**Job Summary**:The FP&A Analyst will provide leadership and guidance to the global field services team with a focus on mobility operations to support the short-term and long-term financial and operational goals within FieldCore. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Lead global mobility activities and analysis, highlighting business performance drivers; linking with operations to identify keys benefits & mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities- Collaborate with 3rd Party Service Provider to ensure taxable compensation and cross border tax liability calculations - $25M- Directly manage training spend of $60M across the regions and partnering with resource operations to plan, drive and strategize actions on weekly basis- Partner with local country finance teams providing shadow tax liabilities to ensure accurate recording- Review operational input metrics and report the analysis/variance commentary to region leadership and triangulating the tax computation from 3rd party provider in line with metrics- Partner with region finance team on tax accruals, pacing/estimates based on resource deployment data and applicable tax rates/rules.- Manage Resource ops metrics/shadow tax / KPI reporting for regional and global leadership- Quantify and manage the Shadow Tax Liabilities that can be recovered as a Foreign Tax Credit that is a benefit to the company- Manage and monitor days spent in country to minimize cross border tax liability exposure- Collaborate with resource directors to gain operational efficiencies and tax savings of the field service workforce- Drive operational efficiencies leveraging Global Mobility Tools and Resource Operations dashboards- Manage relationship with 3rd Party Service Provider to ensure engagement fees are on budget- Report Shadow Tax Liability Actuals versus Accrued Amounts to Region finance teams- Manage Global Mobility team member (if appliable)- Perform other duties as assigned- Travel may be required- English proficiency required**Required Qualifications & Experience**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance- 8+ years’ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge- 3+ years’ in corporate finance budgeting and forecasting**Desired Characteristics**:- Strong PC, Microsoft Office, SAP & Oracle Hyperion proficiency- Detailed-oriented; Team-oriented- Self-starter who works well independently as well as in a matrixed environment- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong presentation, leadership and influencing, analytical skills and financial acumen Knowledge of GE business operations- Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues**About FieldCore**:- FieldCore is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex, national origin, age, veteran status, status as a qualified individual with a disability, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, ancestry, genetic information, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law_
