In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of human resources functions for our partner's operations. Accountabilities Lead recruitment efforts and ensure alignment with workforce planning. Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on HR matters. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives. Manage performance review cycles and support leadership in talent development. Implement career progression frameworks and succession planning strategies. Coordinate payroll processes and ensure adherence to local labor regulations. Maintain HR documentation and support internal audits. Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures. Analyze turnover trends and recommend retention strategies. Maintain HRIS systems and employee records. Generate reports and insights to support decision‑making. Requirements 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance. Proven ability to manage HR functions independently and strategically. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
