SLVEX, a US-based marketing agency, is seeking a WordPress Developer with basic knowledge of design and image editing to join our remote team in Mexico. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual capable of developing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites, collaborating closely with our design and marketing team.

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, structure). Install and configure WordPress on hosting, including domains, databases, and SSL certificates. Make design and style adjustments using visual builders (Elementor, Divi, or similar). Edit basic images and graphic elements to optimize site appearance.

Update content, resolve errors, and improve overall site performance. Ensure website functionality, security, and compatibility. Collaborate with the creative team to guarantee a coherent and professional user experience.

Requisitos

Proven experience developing WordPress sites. Basic knowledge of web design and image editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar). Ability to install and configure WordPress on various hosting services. Basic knowledge of PHP (desirable, not mandatory).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Intermediate English proficiency. Own equipment and stable Internet connection. Attention to detail, responsibility, and collaborative attitude.

Deseable Basic knowledge of SEO and speed optimization. Familiarity with popular plugins (Yoast, Contact Form 7, WP Rocket, etc.).

Experience

migrating sites between hostings or domains.
