The role is responsible for ensuring product quality, managing customer quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct product abnormality analysis and implement tracking measures. Perform risk assessments and verify corrective / improvement actions. Develop product testing plans and manage fixtures/equipment for PQC/FQC. Plan and execute MVT (Mass Verification Test) to validate production readiness. Lead in-house system and process improvement initiatives. Prepare and maintain quality documents, including SIP, PFMEA, and Control Plans. Coordinate customer audits and arrange client visits. Provide customer quality support, including complaint handling and issue resolution. Perform DOA (Dead on Arrival) failure analysis and generate corrective reports. Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred Strong ability and experience in analyzing customer complaints and product application issues. Solid understanding of electronic circuit analysis. Experience in testing and analysis for new product processes. Ability to track and follow up on electronic component abnormalities. Proactive, optimistic, and strong in teamwork, communication, and planning skills. Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Why Join Us?
