Bachelor’s Degree in engineering - Mechanical (preferred), Chemical, Electrical, or Textiles.- Minimum of 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.- Bilingual English/Spanish- Visa Laser, and availability to travel to USA- Minimum of 3 years of experience debugging and commissioning new manufacturing equipment.- Demonstrated track record solving challenging manufacturing problems by re-imagining manufacturing equipment and/or manufacturing process.- Strong work ethic and persistent approach to overcome manufacturing challenges.- Ability to interface with and effectively communicate with a broad range of customers, cross functional teams, as well as executive management.- Proficient in Excel, capable of building necessary models for analysis and presentation.- Excellent critical thinking skills, persistence, and ability to think on your feet while continuously driving a team to achieve company goals.- Experience with equipment design a plus. Familiarity with PLC programming also a plus.- Teamwork.- Self directed and with high initiative, sense of urgency and ownership.- Availability of time and willing to rotate shifts when necessary and at least once a month to evaluate and train other shifts.- Will be in charge of the Maintenance department and must have a motivating, and service oriented attitude with his clients, and encourage and fosters the same attitude with his team.- Desire to eat the world and with the vision of supporting the growth of the company and organization.- Safety mindset- Design mindset: manufacturability, maintainability, regulatory/compliance, ergonomics, sustainability.- Provides leadership for the continuous improvement and optimization of the manufacturing processes and innovative design concepts to provide best value for the investment. Identifies, defines, and measures improvement opportunities for assigned projects.- Seeks out and identifies improvement opportunities to improve safety, quality, process monitoring, and cost.- Makes critical contributions to managing and solving complex and/or large technical challenges using best practices and new perspectives- Simultaneously work on multiple sustaining/product improvement activities and production issues; identifies and manage activities that may impact and interrelate to each other.- Work closely with Davlyn Engineering team to develop process expertise and support the Operations team through knowledge transfer, and training of equipment operators.- Install and commission manufacturing equipment, processes, and measurement methods to meet manufacturing requirements and manufacturing scale up.- Lead development of fixtures, work-cell layouts, and facility layouts.- Assist in evaluating, resolving, and auditing quality issues.- Participate and/or lead validation activities for design, process, or products.- Evaluation and continuous improvement of process capabilities.- Document manufacturing work instructions and other project documentation required.- Partners with Operations, Quality, R&D, to ensure reliability and efficiency of manufacturing processes.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoBeneficios:- Vales de despensaHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadPregunta(s) de postulación:- Cuenta con visa láser vigente?Experiência:- Manufactura: 3 años (Deseable)- Programaciól PLC: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)
