This extensive range of services positions Arrow Electronics as a trusted partner for businesses looking to navigate the ever-evolving technology landscape.Arrow Electronics is looking for an IMMEX Analyst - Annex 24 to join our team in Guadalajara**What You’ll Be Doing**:- Internal support to the import and export teams.- Validate the accuracy of the Annex 24 information against Data Stage for Annex 30 reports accuracy.- Research and Resolve issues: gaps on the Annex 24 inventory system, gaps on the pedimentos info validations.- Data and reports: Annex 24 inventory accuracy reports, AXLValidate reports, Issues, and gaps to be fixed with the teams.- Other general duties and special projects: Stock validations against ERP, special status reports, Systems integrations special projects.- Other duties or projects as assigned.**What We Are Looking For**:- Typically requires 1-2 years of experience- Bachelor’s degree completed- Annex 24 knowledge and experience- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English & Spanish- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel- Experience with Aranxel Annex 24 system is a plus- Strong attention to detail- Ability to work independently with little or no guidance**Work Arrangement**:- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home**What’s In It For You**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
