Overview**Job Title:- Business Analyst****Job Location:- Guadalajara, Mexico****Job Type:- Contract to HIre**An experienced Business Analyst that will support the growth of HP business by crunching data, coordinating and consolidating Key Performance Indicators and developing analytics to help HP’s PS Services team better business decisions**Responsibilities**:Business Analyst - Work with WW Services, Sales specialists & listed stakeholders to identify areas of reporting, improvements, automation and publishing trend analytics.- Coordinate and consolidate ACV Sales compensation metrics & other listed business reporting & sales comp metrics- Ensure all documentation is up to date and readily accessible- Develop WW dashboard that will- Improve the visibility into the key operational metrics- Improve the visibility into business metrics- Create ad hoc reports as required to support business requirements- Develop reporting solutions that can be transitioned- Be the engagement point for metric collection and scorecard/dashboard analyticsKnowledge and Skills- Strong aptitude for managing complex data- Strong background in MS Excel, MS Access, PowerBI- Strong presentation skills, including MS PowerPoint- Demonstrable ability to independently find solutions and drive success from trial and error- Strong collaborator with excellent English business language skillsEducation and Experience Required:- University degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent experience.- Typically, 3-5 years of experience in a related field (Reporting & Analytics, IT services)- Proven work experience as a reporting specialist/ business analystThanksSandip KumarNoralogic Inc.109 East 17th St, Cheyenne WY 82001Call: ,WY, MD, NJ, Noida, Hyderabad*WBE and MBE company*- ISO 9001:2015**WY Top 50 Minority owned growing company*
