HEAD OF LEGALPosition Overview: Are you an experienced lawyer with a deep understanding of legal and tax practices in Mexico and want to be part of a market-leading team in the fintech sector? We look for an exceptional Head of Legal to manage legal aspects and drive expansion into new marketsKey Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the company's legal strategy.- Ensure compliance with the legal framework in Mexico (tax, corporate and labor legislation).- Ensure compliance with the legal framework in Mexico (tax, corporate and labor legislation).- Advise management on legal matters related to taxes, accounting policies and internal procedures. - Develop and implement internal compliance policies.- Participate in the preparation and approval of contracts with partners and clients.- Collaborate with tax authorities and external advisors.- Assess legal risks and develop strategies to minimize them. - Analysis and defense regarding resolutions issued by tax authorities.- Management, control and monitoring of various legal matters, procedures and formalities. - Legal advice to various areas of the company. Requirements: - Postgraduate / specialty in law- English C1 - C2.- Office.- Special knowledge in tax laws and accounting policies in Mexico.- Knowledge of corporate law.- Knowledge of labor law.- 5 years of experience as Legal Manager in companies in the financial or micro financial sector (Fintech).- Knowledge in CFF, ISR, VAT, LSS, LGSM, Amparo Law, as well as the electronic portals of the SAT, CJF, TFJA and PJF.We offer: - Base salary $100k to 120k gross- Benefits of law and major medical insurance to the plant. - Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 hours.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
