Customer Service Representative

We are a Japanese company with over 10 years of presence in Mexico, specializing in precision components for the automotive industry. We value continuous improvement, quality, and cross-functional collaboration. We are currently looking to add a professional to our team who will serve as a key liaison between our customers and internal departments.**Position Objective**Manage and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met through effective commercial attention aligned with the company's internal processes.**Main Responsibilities**:- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.- Contact new and current customers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.- Negotiate prices, sales conditions, and service agreements according to company policies.- Prepare professional sales contracts and follow up on purchase orders.- Use ERP and CRM systems to manage communications, orders, and related documentation.- Resolve customer complaints through issue investigation, solution development, and reporting.- Work closely with internal departments such as Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics.- Process commercial documentation, change orders, and follow up on vendor-managed inventories.- Maintain customer-related documentation in compliance with ISO/TS/AS certification requirements.- Participate in continuous training and professional development activities.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Business, or related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry.- Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems (mandatory).- Strong negotiation and customer service skills, with conflict resolution capabilities.- Intermediate-advanced English (able to hold technical conversations).- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.**We offer**:- Competitive salary based on experience.- Benefits above the law.- Career development opportunities in a multicultural environment.- Job stability and ongoing training.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- 76248, Parque Industrial TLC, Qro.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
