We are searching for a creative and authentic Digital Content Creator to join Cemex and work towards communicating our journey to reach the next frontier of sustainable construction.This person will be responsible for executing new content and engagement strategies for Cemex’s digital environment by coordinating content that aligns best to the execution of the global digital content strategy across online communication vehicles.This professional is highly creative and efficient, and in partnership with our in-house Content Studio, will propose engaging digital experiences and content for external digital channels. Their responsibilities include proposing, briefing, and reviewing content.**Main Responsibilities**:- Social media and web content creation, curation, and research. As a creator, you will have to brainstorm creative ways of engaging the audience online by executing great engaging content types.- Work together with channel owners to build publishing calendars making sure that the content is aligned to platform’s strategy and the latest channel trends**Position Challenges**:- Demanding timelines- Project management- Influencing other areas**Qualifications**:- Experience, knowledge, interest or enthusiasm for the construction industry, architecture, design or related fields.- Excellent speaking, writing and editing skills in English.- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, journalism, design, architecture or related field.- 3-5 years of experience in content creation, planning and curation, brand communications, web and social media editorial content.- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Content Editor, Copywriter or similar role for web, social and other digital platforms including online media outlets.- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. Monday, Basecamp, Trello or others) and Content Creation Tools (e.g. Chat GPT, MidJourney, JasperAI, or others)- Portfolio of published articles, blog posts, newsletters, or else is highly valued.**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL- Branding- Sustainability- Innovation- Customer Experience- Marketing- Content StudioEXTERNAL- No external relations.**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.
