For over 20 years, we have scaled with soul to become a disruptive industry leader by building trusted long-term relationships with our brand partners and empowering our people to drive positive change.About the JobWe’re changing the way people view customer care, and we need your helpAs Sourcing Specialist, You Will- Interact with applicants & respond to initial inquiries and concerns through our social media and various other platforms- Process and track applicant job submissions- Manage sourcing channels: online, referral programs, external events and vendor management- Create strategies to meet partner requirements- Conduct & request tests needed for hiring- Recommend ways of improving recruiting process- Participate in job fairs & hiring events- Create and host various promos and activities- Promote recruiting using job portals, social media and other various tools- Build relationships with internal employeesAs Sourcing Specialist, You Have- A college degree or certificate is preferred (equivalent combination of education and work experience will also be considered)- 3-5 years experience in BPO Recruitment/Sourcing is a plus- Strong verbal and written English communication skills- Strong problem solving and decision making skills- The ability to work in a fast-paced, always changing environment- The ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness- The ability to effectively interact and build relationships with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds- Excellent attention-to-detail and organizational skills- The ability to work shifts, holidays and weekends
