We are looking to hire a Night Receptionist to join our team at Villa Santa Cruz Please consider the following requirements: Must speak English/Spanish, be computer proficient, friendly and personable, able to work weekends, flexible schedule, strong organizational skills, effective communication, and coordination with different areas of the hotel.We look forward to meeting youKey Responsibilities:- Review guest folios to make sure all charges match and are entered correctly.- Handle late check ins.- Understand which guests are not "home" by 10pm and be aware to watch for them / help them if needed.- Be aware of guests needs after 10pm.- Be present at weddings and groups after 10pm.- Assist with guests who leave in the early morning.- Greet guests who arrive or depart outside of normal business hours.- Processing credit card payments, and other end-of-day tasks.Pay: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
