From autonomous cars to life-saving robots, our digital and software technology.**Technical Skills**- Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.- ** 8+ years** related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.- ** Proficient in EDA tools.**:- Proficient skills with analog/digital circuit design.- ** Lead DFMEA process.**:- Proficient in functional safety analysis.- Has leadership skills in coaching mentoring and guiding other engineers.- Excellent communication skills.**CORE COMPETENCIES**- Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.- Mathematics - Using mathematics to solve problems.- Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.- Instructing - Teaching others how to do something.- Technology Design - Generating or adapting equipment and technology to serve user needs.- Limited independent judgment, creative latitude and critical thinking.
