**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).**Job Description**:7+ years of strong test automation experience.Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web and API layers using Selenium with Java and TestNG.Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps).Develop data-driven and modular test scripts, ensuring maintainability and scalability.Perform API automation using Rest Assured or similar frameworks.Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to implement shift-left testing in Agile sprints.Contribute to performance, security, and accessibility testing efforts as needed.Analyze automation test failures and drive root cause analysis to ensure stability.Maintain test repositories and version control using Git.Ensure traceability and reporting through Jira and Confluence.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Active participation in sprint ceremonies (planning, grooming, retrospectives).Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.Tech Stack Required for this position:JavaSelenium WebDriver, TestNG, Rest Assured, Maven/GradleRest Assured / Postman / SwaggerJenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOpsGit, GitHub, BitbucketAllure, Extent Reports, Jenkins dashboardsJira, Xray, ConfluenceMaven, Gradle, XML, JSON, PropertiesChrome DevTools, browser drivers, headless execution setupsData-driven, Keyword-driven, Hybrid, Page Object ModelCloud/Containerization such as Docker, AWS / Azure basicsKey Take aways to TA:7+ years of testing automation experienceMust have bachelors degree or moreMust have experience in P&C insurance especially auto and home lines (good to have)Must have experience in Selenium, Java, Github, Git, TestNG, CI/CDMust have experience in agile methodologies and aware of scrum work environments**About NTT DATA
