This position will be based in Querétaro._**_Job Responsibilities_**- _Create on SAP the Purchase Orders based on the Customers requirements on SAP._- _Send the Purchase Orders to the vendors (Interco and Non-Interco)._- _Request to the vendors the confirmation dates on time._- _Maintain on SAP all the confirmation dates from the vendors._- _Make the follow up with all the vendors to make the materials pickup on time._- _Ensure to have all the proper documentation from each vendor and share with the Logistics Area._- _Maintain on SAP the updated prices for each vendor on the info record._- _Creation of reports for vendor prices increaser-decreases._- _Inventory Control._- _Vendor scorecard (OTIF)._**_Education_**- _Bachelor’s degree in equivalent disciplines_**_Experience:_**- _SAP (optional)._- _English_**_Required skills:_**- _Communication (Internal-External)_- _Rigorous and detail-oriented_- _Customer Service Oriented_**_What we offer:_**- _ An exciting, diverse and value based working environment_- _ Award-winning corporate university offering personal development and training opportunities._- _ Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus plan._- _ Contribute to the communities where we reside._- _ Innovative benefits plan_- Be You.
