Senior Business Analyst On-site position Role Objective Analyze sales, marketing, affiliate, and operational performance data to produce strategic reports, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven business decision-making. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Economics, Business, Data Science, or related quantitative fields. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (interview conducted in both languages). Valid U.S. visa, with availability to travel to San Diego for training, meetings, or operational audits. Availability for business travel with prior notice. Required Experience 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or revenue operations. Proven experience analyzing sales funnels, ROAS, ROI, and CPA. Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (queries, arrays, dashboards, pivot tables). Experience with analytics tools (SQL, Python, Power BI) — not mandatory but highly desirable. Prior experience in e-commerce, telehealth, digital marketing, or subscription-based models is a strong plus, though not required. Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership and partners. Design and automation of dashboards. Traffic analysis, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and channel attribution analysis. Management of advanced KPIs: CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, churn. Interpretation of operational data (cancellations, disputes, refunds, recurrence). Sales segmentation and cohort analysis. Required Soft Skills Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities. Exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure with daily and weekly deadlines. Executive-level communication skills and structured data presentation.
