Global Energy Leader

Development and implementation of long term roadmap for energy targets.Create synergies among regions, where applicable, to develop specific energy strategies.**Responsibilities**- Define long-term Energy Global Strategy and support the execution in regional basis- Support the definition on how to measure Energy projects based on CO2- Implement Sustainability project to support Net Zero by 2040"- Define clear plan PPA /VPPA and on-site PPA in applicable regions- Precise Regional strategies under specific regulation by country (Mexico, United States, Europe, South America and China)- Long-term scenario to replace Natural Gas- Support regional contract management and negotiations- Develop a Hedge proposal including the limits**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree required- Master's degree desirable- Advanced English- Strong leadership skills set to lead indirectly other regions**Experience in**:- Project/Program Management- Purchasing, supply chain, procurement (with more than 3 functions)- Manufacturing Industry- Energy Market and procuring commodity- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
