Most of our solutions integrate directly with the accounting systems already in place, such as Microsoft Dynamics and many other ERPs. Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, technically skilled professional who thrives in a dynamic SaaS environment and has a proven ability to lead initiatives, plan strategically, and build strong relationships across teams and partners. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our hybrid infrastructure, spanning Azure cloud services and on‑prem environments. You’ll also play a key role in DevOps automation, monitoring, and alerting systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across our platforms. Responsibilities Manage and optimize Azure services, including Windows VMs, Azure SQL Managed Instances, AKS, Cosmos DB, Event Hub, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Synapse. Support and maintain Elastic Search, RabbitMQ, and Consul. Oversee on‑prem infrastructure, including Hyper‑V clusters, SQL Server clusters, Storage Spaces, Barracuda Load Balancer, ExpressRoute, SilverSky‑managed security stack. Administer and enhance monitoring tools, including Splunk, DataDog, and the in‑house alerting system (Rasputin). Develop alerting strategies and dashboards to ensure proactive issue detection. Drive CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, and Argo CD on AKS. Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment pipelines and improve release velocity. Lead technical initiatives from planning through execution. Develop infrastructure roadmaps and project plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of operational excellence. Apply hands‑on monitoring and observability practices to ensure system stability and visibility. Qualifications and Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, with a strong preference for Azure environments. Strong understanding of Kubernetes, SQL Server, and networking fundamentals. Hands‑on experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk and DataDog. Proficiency with DevOps tools and practices. Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is required. Hands‑on experience with Terraform, including its current use for provisioning Kubernetes‑related accounts and the ability to expand and scale its usage. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional technical projects. Strong planning, documentation, and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative and team‑oriented mindset. Familiarity with hybrid environments that combine on‑premises and cloud infrastructure.
