Sr. IT Recruiter at Sonora Nearshore - Organizational Development Enthusiast – Entry Level This senior level position will be responsible for end to end project management including: program execution, technical performance, program planning, customer communication, resource management, schedule tracking, quality assurance, and delivery of software development projects. The position is On - Site, Hermosillo, Sonora. Requirements 2+ years experience in leadership and management of small to medium sized software development or test projects. 3+ years of experience in software project development or testing Computer science, electrical software engineering, software or equivalent. Proficient in reading/writing and speaking English. Experience with project estimating and Risk Management Software Development Methodologies experience (CMMI, or Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, XP) Job description and Functions The primary function of this position is to manage the projects, oversee the technical execution of programs, prepare and execute program management plans including execution plans, technology deployment, estimating, schedules, training, quality plans, and program requirements. This position will oversee engineering and financial resources to deliver the program on schedule and on budget. The position will require frequent interaction with US based customers (including potential travel opportunities to the US) with all interaction being conducted in English. The establishment of program level dashboards at both the customer and individual project level for use in executive management reviews is a key requirement.
