**Objective**Responsible for organization project, design organizational structures and personnel administration for Nemak Americas plants.**Main Responsibilities**- Organization Projects, design or re-design of organizational structures Americas- Adherence to standards for the definition of Organizations Americas- Clarification of roles and responsibilities of positions- Generation and maintenance of Job Descriptions- Personnel administration through TMS; correct assignment of each employee**Position Requirements**- 5 years of experience in Organization, Planning and Design areas or as HRBP- Bachelor’s degree (IIS,LAE, related)- English Advanced- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
