SOFTNETORACLE PAYROLL CONSULTANT**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.- English: 70% - 80%**Experience**:- More than 5 years of proven experience, Oracle Payroll & HR EBS 12.2.5, Oracle Payroll Cloud.Activities:- Accompany the KeyUser in the development of the AS-IS process.- To-BE process.- Ensure best practices are implemented- Clearly identify GAPS and develop the necessary Workarounds.- Define the processes and technologies necessary for the GAPS that so require.- User training if necessary.- Get knowledge of the cloud platform.- Carry out the Roll-Outs for the other countries, if applicable.- Support in the definition of support for the cloud platform.- Work in coordination with the integration leader to ensure the E2E processes (HCM- Finance) among others.- Data extraction.- Integrations.- Necessary documentation based on Oracle methodology.Desired Skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express ideas effectively through data or presentation.- Experience at a large company preferred- Highly responsible, dependable and proactive with strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.- Oracle Interations definitions- Extensive knowledge of integrations- Knowledge in Agile methodologies, Certificate desired (Agile, SCRUM, JIRA)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Lunes a viernes
