**Responsabilidades esenciales**:Asegurar la eficaz instalación y montaje total del sistema eléctro-sumergible bajo los estándares de calidad y procedimientos establecidos.Ejecutar instalaciones, pulling y arranques de pozo de equipos ESP, y Sistemas Horizontales de acuerdo a las condiciones dadas en los programas de trabajo de los mismos.Realizar charlas pre-operacionales como requisito para cada actividad que se desarrolle en los taladros.Mantener en condiciones óptimas y eficaces el equipo, maquinaria, herramientas, instrumentos y vehículos asignados para el desarrollo de las actividades.Informar al jefe inmediato, el desempeño operativo.Verificar y asegurar que las herramientas que vayan a ser puestas en servicio están Verificadas y/o calibradas.Controlar el manejo de insumos y consumibles utilizados en la operación de servicio de campo.Desarrollar las actividades propias del taller de cable cuando la operación lo requiera.Realizar empalmes y reportes correspondientes.Realizar los reportes propios de la operación.Ejecutar cualquier otra instrucción dada por el supervisor y relacionada con la labor del cargo.Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos del Manual del Field Services para las operaciones de pulling, instalación y arranque de pozo.Instalar desinstalar y puestas en marcha de sistemas de monitoreo remoto.Atender llamados de superficieRealizar los informes de atención de llamados de superficie donde se consignen, el diagnostico, recomendaciones y conclusiones.Solicitar materiales de instalación y/o repuestos de variador.Controlar los repuestos y /o material, de instalación y hacer devolución del material no utilizado.Diligenciar y hacer firmar los services ticket de acuerdo a las instrucciones de Baker Hughes.Reparación de VSD. Instalación y manejo de equipo de superficie todo lo referente a sensores.Manejo de autograph y diseño de equipos. Solución de problemas y optimización en equipos BEC.Es capaz de compartir conocimientos, dar entrenamiento y evaluar a otros en áres específicas, cumpliendo el papel de mentor para el desarrollo de Especialistas y Técnicos de campo.**Calificaciones/requisitos**:2 años de experiência en campo, relacionado con Instalación / Recuperación, Arranques de Sistemas ESP con VSD.**Características deseadas**:Ingeniero o Técnico (Industrial, Eléctrico, Mecánico, Electrónico, Carrera afines)**Ubicación**:Ciudad del Carmen, Camp.Careers at Baker Hughes | Baker Hughes jobs home**About Us**:We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
