**Vacante para la empresa Turmix de México S.A. de C.V. en Santa Maria - Ocoyoacac, Estado de México**:**Perfil del puesto****Escolaridad**:Licenciatura en Mercadotécnia.**Edad**:25-50**Años de experiência**:Más de 3 años en puesto similar (atención a clientes / postventa).**Sexo**:Indistinto**Conocimientos**:- Conocimiento en CRM, gestión de garantías, logística de devoluciones.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de conflictos.- Capacidad de liderazgo y enfoque en servicio.- Inglés intermedio-avanzado deseable**Experiência en**:- Atención a clientes, servicio post-venta- Coordinar y supervisar el área de atención a clientes y postventa.- Atender, canalizar y resolver quejas, reclamos, devoluciones, garantías o solicitudes especiales de clientes finales- Establecer KPIs de servicio (tiempo de respuesta, satisfacción, resolución en primer contacto, etc.) y asegurar su cumplimiento.- Diseñar protocolos de atención y políticas de servicio postventa, en colaboración con el área comercial y marketing- Generar reportes periódicos de incidencias, níveles de servicio y oportunidades de mejora.- Coordinar con logística y almacén en temas de devoluciones, cambios o entregas especiales.- Gestionar herramientas de CRM y plataformas de atención al cliente.- Implementar estrategias de fidelización postventa.- Coordinar el seguimiento de los casos PROFECO- Apoyo en Ventas directas en Corporativo y Venta Empleado**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Manufactura / Operaciones**Industria**:Electrónica de Consumo**Habilidades**:- Negociador- Solucionador de Conflictos- Comunicador
