Motherson SAS is a leader in quality, performance, and reliability for both people and the Environment.Our NEW **Saltillo, MX **plant is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven **Senior Quality Process Engineer (Regional)** to join our team**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate and coach the Program Quality Leaders in the region. Support and coach plant quality staff.- Monitor and coordinate the implementation and compliance with customer and SAS Internal Quality requirements in programs and serial life phase.- Participate on PMS Gate reviews.- Validate and release the control plan for the program phase.- Monitor of program and serial life phase KPI, customer scorecard and escalate in case of possible risk for targets.- Monitor and coordinate PQL activities in order to assure QVR & OTD deliverables are completed on time.- Ensure the implementation of corporate quality standards and tools in the plants.- Perform VDA 6.3 and internal process and launch audits.- Organize workshops within the region to improve plants quality status, including Kaikaku workshops.- Validation of corrective actions effectiveness.- Preventive actions standards implementation (Reverse FMEA, Variation Reduciton, & Lessons Learned).- LPA implementation and monitoring.**Qualifications**:- 5 years' experience in the automotive industry with experience in Program Management- Product & Process knowledge- Knowledge of customer specific requirements and customer portals for submission/release/approvals- FMEA, ISO14001, IATF16949, VDA 6.3- 6sigma/green belt- Fluent in English- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to anticipate issues, provide solutions to complex problems, and work independently- Continuous Improvement attitude**What we offer**:- A pleasant working atmosphere, with good career opportunities.- Build knowledge with exciting and varied assignments.- We show our commitment to our people via the following **values**:- Interest for each other: We act with empathy and care about each other and our counterparts.- Togetherness: We work together collaboratively and selflessly.- Trust: We say what we mean, keep our promises, and treat others with respect.- Respect: We respect and value people of all backgrounds.- Enthusiasm: We are curious, ambitious, passionate, humble, and life-long learners.Work Location: In person
