Join Quantum in our growth as a foundational employee in our newest office location This role will offer a hybrid work from home schedule.**You Are A Part Of**:Our Primary Storage Engineering Test Team works to create and enhance automation testing to improve the overall quality of new and existing products. This team has immediate and lasting impact on our products and customers by ensuring our products and code run as efficiently as possible.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Work within and outside of your organization to gather and document product test requirements.- Develop test environments and test cases. Analyze the results from said cases to detect issues and identify root causes. Suggest fixes and improvements that will ultimately lead to a better, more successful product.- Document technical issues and their solutions for current team understanding and future reference.- Build automated testing procedures and protocols.- Ensure our products and procedures meet testing methodology (agile).**Required Skills and/or Experience**:- Undergraduate degree (or similar) in a related field is required.- 2+ years of experience in test and/or development of storage related products.- Scripting experience with Python, Perl and/or Unix Shell required.- Experience with development of automated test suites required.- Software test experience on Linux, Windows, and Mac OS platforms.- Knowledge of NAS, SCSI, and Fibre channel SAN.- Experience or understanding of C/C++ source code is a plus.- Experience using Agile generating product defects and understanding Agile metrology is a plus.- Knowledge of Gitlab, Subversion, and/or IDE is a plus.- Fluent in written and spoken English.**Why Should You Join Quantum?
